Refund Policy
Return policy
Our policy is valid for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including its original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
- Intimate products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cases where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of receipt of the item and approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. You may also want to contact your bank as there is often some processing time before the refund is reflected. Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items are eligible for refund; unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hispanica.club@gmail.com and send your item to: Avenida de Niceto Alcalá Zamora 91, 28050, Madrid, Spain.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver received the order for later delivery, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will handle the return.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the arrival time of the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TIMES
Pre-orders:
Orders placed as pre-orders for releases will have a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks from purchase. However, unforeseen events beyond our control may arise which could cause an additional delay of approximately one week. All pre-order buyers should be aware of this possibility, as they have been previously informed.
Peninsular Spain:
Orders placed in mainland Spain will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours on working days. This shipping service is free (if the purchase is over 60 euros) and is carried out in collaboration with Correos Express.
Rest of Spain:
Orders placed in the rest of Spain will be shipped within a period of less than a week, with the cost of shipping being borne by the buyer.
Portugal:
Orders from Portugal will be shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
European Union:
Orders placed from countries within the European Union will be shipped via UPS and the shipping cost will be paid at checkout. Delivery will take place within approximately one week.
